Booking a Tour or Multi-Day Tour – How It Works
Step 1: Choose Your Tour
Browse our Vietnam tours to find one that fits your interests — from short day tours to multi-day adventures. If you’re not sure which option suits you best, our local team can help with honest advice.
Step 2: Send or Confirm Your Booking
You can either:
- Book instantly: Select your date, number of travelers, and options to get an instant price and immediate confirmation.
- Request a booking: Fill in the short form (recommended) or contact us via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. We’ll reply within one working day — often faster — with availability and pricing.
Step 3: Review the Details
Once your booking or request is confirmed, we’ll send a short summary of your tour details, pick-up information, and what’s included. You can ask questions or request small changes before final confirmation.
Step 4: Secure Your Payment
Most tours require full payment at the time of booking.
For certain tours, we can arrange a deposit option on request, with the balance paid at the start of the tour. All payments can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer in EUR, USD, GBP, or AUD.

Step 5: Receive Confirmation & Travel Details
After payment, you’ll receive your official confirmation and all practical details — such as meeting points, pick-up times, and guide contact. For multi-day tours, your itinerary is sent again 1–2 days before departure with the latest updates.
Booking a Package or Custom Trip – How It Works
Step 1: Share Your Travel Plans
You can start by choosing one of our Vietnam package tours as a base and letting us know what you’d like to adjust — or simply tell us your travel wishes from scratch. Share your interests, preferred travel dates, budget, and group size through our website form, WhatsApp, or email.
Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Proposal
Our local travel experts design a detailed itinerary based on your input. It includes recommended destinations, activities, accommodations, and estimated costs. You’ll receive your first proposal within one working day — often faster.
Step 3: Refine & Finalize Together
We adjust the itinerary until it’s perfect for you. You can make unlimited changes — add days, switch hotels, or adjust comfort levels — until everything fits your travel style and budget.
Step 4: Confirm & Pay Deposit
Once you’re fully happy with your itinerary, we’ll ask for a 30% deposit to confirm all reservations (hotels, domestic flights, and activities). The remaining balance is due one month before your trip starts.
Payments can be made by credit card (via PayPal) or bank transfer in EUR, USD, GBP, or AUD.
Step 5: Receive Your Final Itinerary & Travel Documents
After the deposit is received, we finalize all bookings. Two to three weeks before departure, you’ll receive your complete itinerary with confirmed details, hotel contacts, and any domestic tickets.
Step 6: Travel with 24/7 Local Support
Once in Vietnam, you’ll receive a local SIM card with data for easy communication and navigation. Your dedicated Local Vietnam travel assistant stays in touch via WhatsApp throughout your trip — ready to help with questions or changes anytime.
Payments
Booking Safely with Local Vietnam
Local Vietnam is a fully registered Vietnamese travel company. All payments are made directly to our company bank account or through PayPal for credit card payments. Both options are secure, traceable, and protect your booking.
Payment for Tours
For day tours and multi-day tours, payment is usually made in full at the time of booking. In some cases, it’s possible to pay a deposit first and the balance on the start date — available on request.
Payment for Package & Custom Trips
A 30% deposit confirms your booking so we can reserve accommodations, domestic flights, and activities. The remaining 70% is due one month before your trip.

Paying by Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, offering an extra layer of protection. You don’t need a PayPal account — simply select “Pay with Credit Card” during checkout.
Bank Transfers
You can also pay by international bank transfer directly to our Vietnamese business account. Bank details are shared securely once your booking is confirmed.
Payments in Different Currencies
We accept payments in EUR, USD, GBP, and AUD through our multi-currency accounts. If your currency isn’t listed, let us know and we’ll provide the best option.
Invoices & Confirmations
After every payment, you’ll receive an official invoice. For package trips, we also send a summary of all confirmed bookings once your deposit is received.

Yes. You can combine any of our day or multi-day tours within a custom-made itinerary. Your travel expert will merge them into one coordinated trip with a single invoice.
How far in advance should I book my trip?
We recommend booking at least two months in advance, especially for custom itineraries or travel during high season. Last-minute bookings are possible but depend on hotel and guide availability.
How long does it take to receive my booking confirmation?
Instant-booking tours confirm automatically. For request-based or custom trips, our team usually replies within one working day, often faster.
Can I change my itinerary after booking?
Small adjustments are often possible, especially if made early. For custom trips, changes depend on hotel and transport availability. Contact your travel expert as soon as possible to check options.
What if something unexpected happens before my trip?

Do I need travel insurance before booking?
Yes. Travel insurance is not included in our packages but is required for all travelers joining our tours. It should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
