FAQ

This is a fully private itinerary. You travel individually with your own travel arrangements, and your schedule, accommodations, and overall planning are organized specifically for you. Certain transfers or activities, such as the night train or selected day tours, may operate in small groups depending on your preferences and budget. If it fits your budget, we recommend upgrading to a private train cabin for added comfort.
Yes, domestic flights are included — specifically the flight from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City. All other transport such as buses, private transfers, Easy Rider motorbike sections, and sleeper trains are also included as outlined in the itinerary. International flights are not included. If you need help finding or booking international flights, we can advise you.
The itinerary is active but adjustable. Trekking and cycling sections are generally suitable for anyone with basic fitness, and we can always adapt them to easier or more challenging levels. The tour covers a large part of the country, so there are several long travel days. We plan rest days at strategic points, and if you prefer a slower travel pace, we can extend or rearrange the itinerary to make it more comfortable — especially for senior travelers.

The best overall window for this full-month route is February to September, when North, Central, and South Vietnam offer consistently good conditions.

  • October–November: can bring heavy rain and possible flooding in Central Vietnam, making travel less reliable.
  • December–January: also possible, with dry weather in the South and cooler but manageable conditions in the North.

We can adjust the route based on the season to ensure you get the best possible experience.

Yes. Nearly every activity can be adjusted or replaced. Trekking distances can be shortened, cycling tours can be swapped for a car transfer, and more demanding options can be skipped entirely. Just tell us your comfort level and preferences — the itinerary is flexible.
Yes, but it’s a busy itinerary. This tour is designed to show you a lot of Vietnam in four weeks, so most days include planned activities and travel. However, we include free days and slower-paced moments in places like Ninh Binh, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City. If you want more downtime, we can easily add extra rest days or adjust the rhythm to match your travel style.
