Itinerary

Dinner

Make your way to the pier around 8:45–9:00 AM by taxi from your hotel. The journey to the Mekong Delta begins with a ferry crossing from the island.

Board the ferry at 10:10 AM for a ride across the Gulf of Thailand. You’ll arrive at Rach Gia Pier around 12:40 or 1:00 PM.

Once you arrive, a private car will be waiting to take you deeper into the Mekong Delta. You’ll head straight to a peaceful homestay surrounded by fruit trees and quiet canals.

Check in to your private room and relax. You’re free to explore the garden, watch river life pass by, or just enjoy the peace and quiet before dinner.

A freshly prepared dinner is served on-site. Settle in for a quiet night and get ready for an early start the next morning.

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Start your day early with a boat ride through the river maze of the Mekong. The first stop is Phong Dien, a lesser-known floating market where locals trade goods from their boats. You’ll even get your breakfast right on the water from one of the vendors.

Continue cruising along narrow canals lined with lush greenery. Stop at a local orchard to see tropical fruits growing — and try a few right off the tree.

Next, visit Cai Rang, the largest floating market in the region. Boats here act as mobile shops, and sellers hang their goods on long poles so you can see what’s for sale from afar.

Stop by a small family-run factory to see how traditional rice noodles are made — a fascinating look into one of the Delta’s local trades.

Cruise back through the waterways to your homestay. Time to take a break and enjoy a leisurely lunch.

In the afternoon, join your guide for a laid-back bike ride through the countryside. Pedal along small paths, through rice fields and villages, and soak up the rural atmosphere.

Back at the homestay, you’ll have some free time — maybe get a massage, relax by the water, or take out a bike or scooter for a short ride. Dinner is served again in the evening.

Have a relaxed breakfast and enjoy your last moments in the Delta. There’s no rush — take it easy.

A private car will pick you up and take you directly to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrival time depends on traffic, but you’ll be back in the city by the afternoon.

You’ll need to take a taxi from your hotel to Phu Quoc pier around 8:45–9:00 AM. The ferry departs at 10:10 AM. Full instructions and timing will be confirmed in your booking details.

Are the floating markets touristy or authentic?

The tour visits Phong Dien, a quieter local market with few tourists, and Cai Rang, the region’s largest and more well-known floating market. You’ll experience both — from local trade to bustling boat-to-boat sales.

What kind of food is served during the tour?
