The dry months offer the most predictable conditions for boat trips, floating markets and village visits, with sunny days and lower humidity. Rainy-season showers are frequent but usually short, and the delta’s landscapes become particularly green after rainfall. Water levels vary by season, influencing the size and timing of certain markets and canals. Most custom itineraries work well year-round, but the dry season provides the easiest planning.
